Data Handling

This page summarizes what CoachReceipts stores today, what it does not store, and how data requests are handled during beta.

Effective date: July 9, 2026

Data Stored By CoachReceipts

CoachReceipts may store trainer account email, trainer profile details, business name, brand color, client names, client goals, training start dates, program labels, report drafts, measurements, performance rows, wins, blockers, next-month focus, trainer notes, renewal CTA text, subscription state, and export-event records.

This data is used to sign trainers in, save drafts, render report previews, generate downloadable PDFs, sync paid access, and support account or billing requests.

Data Not Stored Today

Generated PDFs are currently browser-generated downloads. CoachReceipts does not store generated PDF files today.

Private storage buckets exist for future trainer logos and stored report exports, but there is no active upload UI or stored generated PDF workflow.

Browser-downloaded PDFs are outside CoachReceipts custody after they are downloaded by the trainer.

Data Requests

Data export and deletion are founder-operated during the current beta stage. There is no self-serve export or deletion UI today.

To request export or deletion, contact support@coachreceipts.com from the email address used for your CoachReceipts account.

Before deleting trainer, client, or report data, support may offer an export of the requested scope.

Billing Records

Stripe handles payment methods, checkout, subscriptions, invoices, and billing portal pages. CoachReceipts stores billing identifiers and subscription state needed to determine product access.

Stripe billing records may be retained for tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, chargeback, accounting, or legal reasons even if application data is deleted from CoachReceipts.

Residual Risks And Current Limits

Production two-user data isolation should be rechecked before broad beta use, even though the same RLS and private-storage boundary has been verified locally.

Trainer-entered text is not automatically moderated. Trainers are responsible for the content they enter and share.

Do not enter medical records, diagnoses, treatment information, protected health information, or any information you are not allowed to store or process.
