Refund Policy

CoachReceipts currently uses Stripe sandbox/test-mode billing for beta verification. Test-mode payments do not represent live money movement.

Because billing is in test mode, refunds are operational test cases rather than live customer refunds.

When CoachReceipts moves to live billing, refund requests will be reviewed case by case unless a different refund right is required by law.

Refunds will generally be handled manually through support at support@coachreceipts.com.

Subscription cancellation is handled through Stripe's Billing Portal when available. Canceling may leave access active until the end of the current billing period.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund unless required by law or approved by support.
