Terms of Service
These terms explain how trainers may use CoachReceipts and what is outside the product's scope.
Effective date: July 9, 2026
Using CoachReceipts
CoachReceipts is a progress-report tool for independent personal trainers and fitness coaches. It helps you create client-facing report drafts and PDFs from information you choose to enter.
You are responsible for your account, your client relationships, the accuracy of the information you enter, and how you use or share exported reports.
Account Responsibility
Use an email address you control, keep sign-in links private, and do not share your account with other people.
If you believe someone accessed your account without permission, contact us at support@coachreceipts.com.
Payments And Billing
CoachReceipts uses Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, payment methods, invoices, billing portal access, and cancellation. We do not store card numbers in CoachReceipts.
The current product uses Stripe sandbox/test-mode billing while beta readiness work continues. Any move to live billing will be reflected in the product and policy pages.
Cancellation
When live billing is enabled, cancellations are handled through Stripe's Billing Portal when available. A subscription may remain active until the end of its current billing period.
Access and paid export behavior are based on subscription state received from verified Stripe webhook events.
No Professional Advice
CoachReceipts does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nutrition prescription, legal advice, tax advice, or workout programming guarantees.
Do not use CoachReceipts as a medical record system or to make HIPAA compliance claims.
Service Changes And Termination
We may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product develops. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, unlawful use, payment issues, or attempts to bypass security controls.
CoachReceipts is provided as a lightweight reporting tool. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost revenue, client outcomes, or business decisions made from report content.
