Privacy Policy

CoachReceipts may store your account email, trainer profile, business name, brand color, client names, client goals, report drafts, report measurements, report notes, subscription state, and export events.

You decide what client progress information to enter. Do not enter sensitive medical records, diagnoses, treatment information, or information you are not allowed to store or process.

We use information to sign you in, save your trainer profile, save clients and report drafts, render report previews, generate downloadable PDFs, sync subscription status, support billing, and respond to support requests.

PDF export is currently browser-based. Stored generated PDFs and logo uploads are not active product features today.

Vercel hosts the Next.js application. Supabase provides authentication, database, and future storage infrastructure. Stripe handles checkout, subscriptions, billing portal, invoices, payment methods, and cancellation. Resend is used through Supabase Auth SMTP for sign-in emails.

PostHog, Sentry, and Vercel analytics are planned or partially configured for product analytics and error monitoring, but product behavior analytics are not treated as complete until the analytics wave is verified.

Stripe processes payment details. CoachReceipts stores billing identifiers and subscription state needed to determine access, but not full card numbers.

Billing portal and checkout pages are hosted by Stripe.

Data export and deletion are founder-operated during the current beta stage. To request export or deletion, contact support@coachreceipts.com.

Some billing, security, or operational records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or ordinary business records.
